“Had a referral from the Veterans Administration to a provider. The provider scheduled me for a procedure at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital. The hospital REFUSED to accept the VA insurance (Optum). Too bad, so sad, pay up or take a hike. So procedure cancelled, and I am left high and dry. All veterans, STAY AWAY. This hospital is clearly hostile to veterans in need of care.”
