My brother has been staying in Shady Grove Medical center for ten days. I am the care taker and provider for my brother. I called everyday to asked for my brother situation but no nurse or doctor called back. I visited my borhter one day and saw african nurse and asked me are you the one who called every day. She was very rude. I said yes but I never get response. It doesn't look like hospital but rather like a prison for employing such rude people.
