Wood was delivered and installed, in November, right off my terrace. The wood is giving me splinters and I cannot mop it without getting caught. The tiles do not line up. I had a private company, that evaluates floors, come to my house. The report and pictures were awful. I gave it to the owner he ignored it. The finish is coming off the floor and no one that refinishes wood floors would do mine because they said the installation is so bad they are afraid. Brothers, including George, saw the floor, read the report again and will do nothing. George told me to take some furniture crayon and fix the floor. I DO NOT Recommend this store..
