This promotional travel company is garbage. There is NOTHING free about doing business with them and they rely on people not following up and loosing their fees. SO when a consumer actually does follow up and trys to claim the voucher that was given to them its a chore to get anywhere.
SO on the original paperwork it says send in the activation fee. They gladly take your moneyorder and get silence in return. When you call about the status, you get told your activation fees werent paid. So then you have to prove that, always take pics or make copies. THEN they will send you the registration paperwork for travel WITH additional fees. SO yes, we are now up to 2 fees and we have gone NO WHERE. AND when I didnt send the the $100 2 person registration fee for "FREE" airfare, we get told we lost that promotion. Yet no where in there did I realize there were 2 different type fees just to get started. I then ask about the "FREE" cruise I paid fees for, I get told I might hear in August about my preferred dates for Nov, and this whole process started in January. I was also told it will be between $614 to $789 cost(no upgrades yet even) EACH for our "FREE" cruise. GREAT promotions I say, NOT.
You get fee'ed out and than have to pay for more and more.
I tried this with another company before and found our timeshare it was WAY cheaper than getting a "FREE" cruise. It didnt work out but the company was still very professional.
ETTSI has no professionalism about them, barely can keep track of your records until you call them out on it and they are not trying to get you to travel, just working loopholes to get your money and send you on your way..
RUN, RUN very fast, DON'T send in a dime and don't even try to book something you want. Unless you get money to throw away. And if that's the case, I'll take it.
ETTSI is useless.. I cant believe the BBB hasnt shut them down yet.
