Made an appointment on Tuesday for a Saturday installation, had an work order number assigned, never received a appointment time, called to question what time the technician would arrive and was told my appointment was voided. I was told they tried to leave a voicemail and it was full, that is not true. Then was told they couldn’t service my year vehicle due to it’s age, why did it take 4 days to respond?
Customer service stinks, wouldn’t recommend ever as a matter of fact, I would discourage anyone from using them. Go Safelite! Save yourself 4 days!
