Poor service
We have been going to Apollo Dental since my sons were little. My son developed a severe anxiety and would not open his mouth and we had two unsuccessful appointments. Before trying again, I called to come up with a plan to help the appointment be more successful. The receptionist was extremely rude from the second she answered the phone and then when I explained our situation she said Dr. Josephs is doing all she can. When I asked if there was anything else we could try, like music, she said, "Yeah, we don't do that here." Then I said, OK. Well we try again and I guess if this doesn't work today, we will have to go somewhere else. And her response was "ok." When I said Wow, you are being really rude, she said I am just agreeing with you. I think regardless of the how appointment goes today, we will not be going back. Who needs attitude from the receptionist on top of an already stressful situation?
