Scheduling Issues
Have had four issues with scheduling. One scheduling error is acceptable. But four is not. Had a routine visit in November. Appointment was made for May. When I called to confirm, there was no appointment. They did reschedule.. While I was in lobby waiting at my rescheduled appointment a voicemail was on my phone reminding me off my original appointment ( I supposedly didn’t have). All sorts or excuses; Covid, trying to catch up, scheduling glitches, the hygienists, new desk staff. I am just done. Moving on. I do speak directly to the scheduling supervisor, the hygienist and the dentist.
