There is nothing spectacular to expect, urs just a plain dental experience and there's nothing wrong with that. I've been going to Apollo for years and will continue. They do good work and are competitively priced. I agree they aren't personal with you but I happen to like that. I just want my teeth cleaned and then get on with my day. If I have questions, they're answered. If I have a cavity, its filled. Sure, over the years there's been a few rude receptionists. They've come, they've gone. But you get that anywhere you go. I've never had a bad billing experience over the years, but that doesn't mean someone could have. Again, I think things like that can happen anywhere. Overall, a fine experience.
