Full disclosure-I did not have my son attend his appointment, so I rated the "Price for Value" as good. I am not sure if this is the case, but figured that I wouldn't rate them negatively on that. Next, I did not take my son because the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. After looking for son's appointment for several minutes she told me that I was too late (she rounded up for the time as well) and told me that I'd need to reschedule. It was out over four months out!!! I took off work to take my son to the dentist, so it was extremely irritating. Upon arriving I also did inform the reception my son's information (name, appointment time, etc.) but she argued with me over and over that my son didn't have an appointment.

I ended up taking my son to Rochester Pediatric Dentistry. They weren't rude and were easy to work with. My son cried a lot, but this was to be expected, as it was his first time at the dentist (he's 2). I do like that their method was to have my son in his lap and then his head was in the other person's lap.
