I went to the Opthamologist for an annual exam and was charged a co-pay which I didin't understand. When I spoke to the billing office she was rude and had an attitude with me. Professional and compassionate staff? I dont think so. I believe if you are being charged out of the ordinary it should be explained to you. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told she had no supervisor. So no where to complain I guess. Not happy with the treatment for sure.Take it light on your website about compassion - not feeling it so I will not return ever to Portland Clinic.
