We have had constant, ongoing problems with Portland Clinic’s billing department. I call and make arrangements for an invoice amount to be added to our payment plan, and come to find out, it doesn’t get added after all. Next thing I know, a 30$ invoice is being sent to collection! This has happened multiple times. The billing department staff are condescending and unhelpful.
