I have been pleased with the medical services provided by the Portland Clinic.

However, the staff that works in the billing department are rude, condescending, uncooperative and they do NOT listen! I have had to interact with them on multiple occasions and they have been extremely unhelpful and downright rude. I am amazed that a company that focuses so much on the patient experience with surveys etc. appears to completely ignore this important aspect of their business. This department needs to be completely overhauled, needs extensive customer service training and needs to understand that they have a responsibility to treat their patients with courtesy and respect in every interaction.. this department is the weak link in the Portland Clinic luv.
