Made an appointment at the Portland clinic for a covered procedure, apparently the doctor decided to change the billing that made it entirely uncovered. No notification to me of this change until I receive the bill after the procedure. Lots of run around and misdirection by the billing department and business services manager. Do not use this Clinic
