I was at Heartland Vision today to get my glasses repaired the young man stood there carrying on a conversation with who they said was a doctor's wife and he was talking about his surgery and just left me standing there for about 10 minutes or more then he looked and turned around and said oh where you checking in I said no wanting to get my glasses repaired and the doctor's wife said oh I'm sorry and I said well yeah then he called another girl to come out and wait on me and she took off to the back room and left me standing there another 10 minutes so then I walked out they are the rudest people and this isn't the first time that they've acted rude I ended up going to Midwest Eye Consultant where I got my glasses done before and they fixed them in just a matter of minutes.
