I kind of had a bad experience 3 years ago with this place but decided I would give them another chance. Big mistake! Both my husband and I got glasses. Was charged a lot more then quoted. Paid extra for better lenses and didn't get what we paid for. I found out that my Insurance had lapsed when I got my glasses and went it to talk to them about it to tell them to only bill my secondary insurance and in going over my husband's bill and what his insurance had paid on his with the manager she said his insurance paid too much after both my husband and I had talked to his insurance company that day plus had the EOB in our hand and then got on the phone to call her insurance manager and then came back to me and told me that I was responsible for their mistake and that the insurance company would catch it. I called them as soon as I left and I do not owe that amount and the did not screw up. It's Heartland just wanting more money. While I was in the store the manager kept walking away and every time she came back I owed more money. Now I just received a bill and the charges are even more. I am ready for a heck of a fight I am sure. When I decided to give them another chance this time I went over everything or so I thought with the manager I had her write all the charges down so I wouldn't have this but here we are. I will never go back here and will never recommend this place to anyone!
