Warrenty work done with a smile
In June of 2008 we purchased a new KIA Sedona van from the Roper dealership in Joplin. I have to say that their sales staff was very courteous and did not pressure us when we were looking for a new vehicle.
About five months after we had the Sedona it developed a problem with the starter. We live over 60 miles from the dealership so getting it serviced was a bit of a problem. We called the service department at Roper and told them what was going on and that we could not afford to be without the vehicle for several days. The service manager told us no problem and lined up another van for us to drive while they worked on ours. In the end, not only did they fix our van, they did it with a smile and made sure we were not inconvenienced. Now we have them do almost all our service work as they still give us great service and care about their customers.
