James B. was very competent and professional... did a great job.

Even though James B. came to my house for a minor adjustment in one of my toilet tanks, he did his job with a great deal of competence and professionalism. He quickly identified the problem and corrected it, and then he took the time to explain his adjustment to me, which was very helpful.
