Another good job

I have had several experiences and have always been satisfied.
This time we met James... On time, professional, and knowledgeable. He had the materials needed on his truck to repair and outside faucet that leaked rather than and extensive into a wall replacement.
He explained the situation, gave me the options, and fixed the problem.
