Joseph was the on-call plumber this weekend and I’m glad he was. We had a blockage that was causing the washer drain water to come up into our toilet. We called Dial One and he came out to assess. He was timely, explained what he needed to do to get the blockage resolved and was very quick but thorough in his work. The invoice he emailed me also included photos of the pipe, how he accessed the vent from the roof, etc. Even though we had to pay emergency rates it was worth every penny knowing the job was done properly.
