I would highly recommend Casey Automotive in Palatine! I brought my car in for a waiting oil change appointment and asked if they could look at the power steering problem. They informed me that was drop off only due to Covid restrictions and the amount of people waiting in the lobby. However, Mike took a look at the issues highly recommend I didn’t wait on the service due to safety issues. He drove me to and from my house so I didn’t have to wait while a loaner car got delivered. They provided me with a car and fixed mine that day with exceptional service. He went above and beyond on helping me with the labor hours since it was such a huge repair. Completely different experience from what I normally get at Midas. They actually cared and tried to help the customers here and their prices were very competitive. He only recommended the immediate service safety issues and didn’t push to add on stupid repairs like the other places do. He also showed me each problem and it was clearly accurate.
