Ed came precisely when scheduled, both for pickup and delivery. He did exactly as promised. The backing on a ten-year old, irreplaceable scalloped-edge designer rug had been partially torn away by our rescue dog, and what seemed to be sun-fade had left the rug two-toned where a concrete table had rested for ten years. The returned carpet was back to new -- amazing! The tone variation had not been caused by sun fade, but rather by copper leaking from the concrete table. And tassles had been replaced on a second, cleaned oriental rug we have had for more than 20 years. Both rugs look like new, and for far less than the cost of replacement.
