I am so grateful to Ed at Dallas Carpet. The day before my house went on the market our carpet tore in a highly visible area. Ed was so responsive and knowledgeable, reviewing pictures shared over text and discussing possible repairs. Huge bonus was that he was able to fit me in the schedule for a same day repair! Alex, the technician was professional, efficient, straight forward and so polite.
