I went with a couple friends to lifetime fitness and my goodness was it fun. They have a large amount of fitness machines personal trainers and even a section to play sports. All the employees were very friendly and personable. They helped me with some workout ideas even though I didn't sign up for a personal trainer which I thought was great. By the end I think I lost a few pounds. Lifetime fitness is a great value for your money and a great place to get a workout I would recommend this place to anyone.
