We had a flood a while ago, and Professional Restoration came out within 2 hours. They were called by our insurance. They immediately set to work trying to resolve the problem, and they followed through over the next couple months due to the of extent of the damage. They were always professional and prompt. We were extremely satisfied with the work they did. They went above and beyond because they wanted to make sure we were happy with the experience the quality of the workmanship was consistent whether it was drywall, flooring, or anything else. the subcontractors and everyone working under them was excellent. If we ever had a problem again we would definitely go to them.
