I had a broken pipe in my crawlspace hence needed water restoration services. Project Manager - Cody - said when he came by and assessed the situation that they would provide me with a work order indicating what needed to be done and estimates of said work. They started the job same day extracting water then over next seven days they brought in ten different pieces of equipment to include fans and a dehumidifier - my unit is only 800 sq feet. I inquired several times about the delivery of the work order which Cody or his reps continued to say they would get one for me. During our last conversation he told me that I did not need to get involved as he would deal directly with the responsible insurance at which I said I still needed the work order for my records to show what was done - he asked me who my insurance provider was and I told him that I would not be involving my insurance as the problem was caused by the neighbor's refrigerator ice maker line - he pressed for the information which I eventually provided and he suggested that we use my insurance as it was a better insurance and paid more!! I told him the cost of services should be the same no matter who paid the bill in addition that I would not be using my insurance as I did not cause the water problem. I also indicated my concern with his integrity due to such suggestions as well as his unwillingness to provide a work order - at this time he quit the job and left me with no vapor barrier and no insulation in my crawlspace. I received a bill for 4400.00 without any explanation as to what the charges were for!! I called the main office number and explained what happened and they offered no resolution!!
