We have had 4 situations where we had to call on customer support and they did not provide any technical support. The details are as follows: (Cycle time is 2 - 4 days to address issue)
- Website down twice
- Deleted our mailbox when we were trying to increase our mailbox
- deleted mailserver spam settings leading to bouce back for 5 days of emails.
The worst is that
1. They dont agree that they made a mistake
2. Dont give your any update on when it will be back up
3. The customer service person keeps on saying "dont worry".
