MyHosting out-of-the-blue deleted my company's exchange accounts leaving us without access to email and bouncing all of our customer's emails back to them as "User Unknown". Mistakes happen, I get it. But it's been more than 4 days and I the issue has not been addressed despite several hour long conversations and promises of a call back from an knowledgeable person. Endless online chats have been futile. And, four days after the issue, I have held 10 times on the support line for over 20 minutes each time and have yet to get a representative on the phone. If email is important to you, STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
