On July 8th my site was terminated for non payment. I contacted support at that time and was unable to resolve the issue. All I wanted to do was update my cc information, but since my spouse passed, I had to jump through hoops to update the site, and to this date after over 12 calls to support, there is no number for billing, my site is still down, I have no email, and Myhosting cannot be found. I would never recommend, any company where you cannot even get a phone number for their billing department.
