I've been trying to get an SSL on my site for over three months. In the end, I was told that the SSL I bought can only be used on their "On Cloud" platform so I told them to go ahead an migrate my site to the oncloud. Biggest mistake ever! The worst part is that if something changes I have to be the one to contact each aspect of my hosting bits. I have to contact some email company I've never heard of, I have to contact the host of my domain name even though I asked them to move my domain name to myhosting, it never happened. The CSR and "higher up" specialists don't have a clue. You get emails in very broken English and you realize that they have completely misunderstood whatever you were asking them. I thought I was getting a host with CSR here in Canada...nope, they are in Manilla or some other place in the Philippines. If I spoke Tagalog that would not be a problem but I don't so it is. Many of the CSR I've spoken to, while very polite know very little about the hosting ins and outs. They are using a trouble shooting guide - you know the kind...If X fails, then do ABC and if that fails tell the customer that you will escalate this to a specialist. Yup, so I'm sitting here with my website down, staff can't get their email and we use our website to register people for an upcoming conference. Thanks myhosting.com for mucking this all up. As soon as we are able we will find another hosting company as this one is a most definite FAIL!
