Customer service at this company is horrible. The customer reps are difficult to understand and don't explain things well. They also want to send you instructions via email for everything instead of explaining how to do it over the phone. They also have a time limit they can spend on the line with you... if I'm a customer shouldn't they stay online with me until my issue is resolved???
