The tech we had on our account was excellent, he was very helpful and did what he could to help us in any way to make our switch as painless as possible.
We had a problem with our SSL not working on our website and we had that error for 4 days before it was fixed. So my issue here, which has nothing to do with the tech but his hour's were at night for us so anything that was required to be done I would send during our working hours but it meant the entire day it was a problem until it was looked at by our service tech at night. We did have to contact myhosting during our working hours to try to fix it for us, but I had to follow up constantly to make sure it was being worked on with the tech on hand. What I would request to be done differently was the problem we had with our SSL was due to inaccurate data within the issuing SSL, so every time I sent the file to myhosting to upload it would not work, only by chance a tech from our SSL company noticed it was set up incorrectly and he fixed the issue so the information I finally sent to myhosting was correct. I would have been a lot easier if we were told that is the reason the SSL was not working in the first place because that at least would have had us looking in the right area. I also was required to send a CSR file but that was never mentioned to me by myhosting, again it was a tech from the company we purchased the SSL from that told me that is what was needed. So a little more detailed explanation from myhosting in regards to what was needed or what the cause of our issue's would have helped us resolved our issue a lot faster then it was.
Better communication and perhaps not to assume the customer knows exactly what is required or could be the problem when there is an issue would be more helpful for us.
But if we didnt have our SSL issue everything would have been perfect and even if we did get this issue and it was fixed faster by providing a little more insight for us to get it fixed, I still would have rated it perfect because of the fast resolve to the problem.
