Have been a VPS customer of myhosting.com for 3 months now and all have been working flawlessly.
Information at order time was plentiful and setting up was a breeze.
Have been in telephone contact with the support one time earlier, regarding a configuration issue and got a quick and detailed response.
But the response on New Years eve, is impressive:
On New Years eve, at about 11:30 pm (!), I noticed a problem with the network access to/from my server.
I registered a support ticket and at 12:30, I had a reply and 1:58 the problem was solved. That's $@!#% good resolution time for a date like that.
Highly recommended.
