Had no complaints until I received an email stating I needed to renew my service plan. Went to the subscription plan from my login and thought I was re-newing monthly billing for a 24 month period. Instead of my monthly billing rate (7.95), I was charged 143.94 for the 24 months of service. When I contacted their (Lack of) customer service department, they walked me through placing my account back on monthly billing. What they refuse to do is refund the $143.94 they charged my bank account. Multiple contacts with this company has lead to nothing but frustration being told that, "We will credit your account, but we will not return the money that we effectively stole"!

I can no longer recommend myhosting.com due to their unethical business practices... run, do not use this company
