I recently got a renewal notice, realized we no longer needed the service so kindly asked to have them refund the prorated money back to me.
The said NO, and that I'd have had to request a refund 30 days after starting the first year. I don't have a time machine. I simply want the unused portion refunded... nope... they had the gall to ask if I wanted to take my so called credit, "And you can use the credit amout for your new order(s)(purchasing a new plan,additional resource,renewal..etc.)"
Didn't I make clear I wanted to CANCEL the service... Because I do not NEED IT?
I'm so extremely P.O'd, I can hardly contain my anger.
I would go to ANY OTHER HOSTING PROVIDER! and I'll name a few here just to get this group a little angry too. Here are some BETTER HOSTING OPTIONS:
