My unit came damaged and was taken care of very quick. A new unit was shipped to me in about a week. I have had lots of spa's and never had a spa as clean and trouble free as using this product. I let folks that I know that have spa's they need to get one of these units. So far its been trouble free and lives up to just what I had expected.
