I was skeptical that this would work. If it does what it says it does why isn't everyone using it? This just seemed too good to be true. After months of trying to get the right balance and keep clean clear water I decided to purchase. And I must say I am glad I did. Customer service top notch! I called with my questions and they called to check back with me. The water in my tub has never ever been this clear and no chemical smell. Easy to use. If you are still buying chemicals and getting frustrated like me. Buy the aero spa and you will see the difference. I was so impressed I sent the Karl and Dave videos of my spa.
