I was unfamiliar with the Tucson area, but Mark have me the tools I needed to make an informed decision. He's professional, very personable and enjoys what he does. He's his own "google" bank of knowledge and shares that with his clients. He'll answer any questions you throw at him but let's you make your own decisions. An overall awesome experience in what could have turned into a disaster for me had I not chosen Mark for this inspection.
