Mr. Ashby is a very polite and profession person to work with. We had several issues with the selling agent failing to make our prospective property available when they said they would. Mr. Ashby inspected as much of our prospective home as he could at the time and was very easy to reschedule the rest of the job.

As advertised, he is available 7 days a week, if necessary and will usually take an appointment with 24 hours notice.

I felt that Mr. Ashby did a very thorough job inspecting our prospective home and had our best interest, as buyer, in mind.
