My septic system did not have any immediate issue, but I decided to install the system because I was told by the previous owner of my house that the system failed and he reinstalled the new leach field several years ago. The installation of the system was very easy. My septic tank is single chamber and has an effluent filter. The issue I had experienced after installation of the system is to clog the filter easily. I contacted their customer service a couple of times and sent some photos to them as well. They indicated that the clog is due to aerobic bacteria colonizing in the filter. They shipped another large custom made bio-brush for totally free! Since I added the brush, clogging the filter has stopped! I really appreciate their excellent customer service, and highly recommend aero-stream products!
