We purchased our system in Nov.2014 and installed 2 risers, one for main tank access and one for outlet along with the system. We had marginal results in the beginning and rationalized that it would take time to repair the damage we had done. I am now having to clean the filter allot less frequently and my tank level stays even with the bottom of the outlet pipe. My 20 year old failing system is now working like new. The Customer Service was fantastic. I would recomend this protect without hesitation.
