I live in an older rural area. My neighbor had their tank pumped out and found that they had concrete damage. I l had mine pumped and found that I had no damage YET. I started looking into what caused the damage and how to prevent it. Found Aero -stream and gave them a call. They were super informative, never once did they push me into their product just gave me the facts. I bought one and installed it, really easy! After a few days I had a bad smell> Call and talked to Dave he had me try somethings which we did. Smell was still there. He sent me some Oxy-flush and it made the smell go away for acouple of days but it came back. He sent me a bigger diffuser and it took care of problem. Never once did Dave try to say or make me feel that it was a burden to him. He stood by his product and took care of problem. I only wish mor companies would treat the customer the way this one does.
