This company's products saved by septic field 6 years ago. When it was time to refurbish my pump, their service was exceptional!! They even covered for some unexpected cost that was incured because of a mistake done by the shipper. The refurbished pump was noisier than I expected. I communucated with them. They sent me another one right away. You don't get to see that very often. If ou have a failling septic field, I highly recommend them!!
