My interactions with aero-stream have been above and beyond expectations. The customer service was an actual person (answering the phone right away) who truly listened to me and gave me great advice and answered all of my questions regarding our septic tank. They were happy to walk us through the process and told us what to expect from the equipment. We purchased the aerator for a failing 22 year old drain field. We had standing water for months and it looked like the only solution was a new drain field which was expensive. After doing research, we came across the aero-stream aerator. Ordering it gave us new hope for our failing system. We put it in the tank, which was easy, and let it do its thing. Within 2 weeks our failed system was flowing again and without standing water! We've had it 5 years now running 24/7 and haven't had a problem since installing it. I have told neighbors about it and wish that others would give it a try. Its money well spent and our yard didn't have to be torn up for a new drain field. 100% recommend not only the product but the company too! An answer to prayer!
