Extremely happy with every aspect of our experience!

In the fall of 2017, there I was digging up our in the ground septic for it to be pumped out. We do this every 4-5 years and I am now mid 66 years of age. Our tank is down 4 foot. I said to myself, I am not doing this at 70. As I researched for solution, I came across the Aero-Stream website, really sounded to good to be true, but the septic riser kits were exactly what I had in mind, so I bookmarked the site. During the winter, I went back multiple times to review everything I could, read other customer reviews, watched the installation video and planned my project for early spring 2018. When April arrived, I went online, placed my order. Everything went smoothly with ordering, received my UPS tracking number within a few ours and our kit arrived in 3 days in good shape. After opening all the boxes and examining each piece, I came to the conclusion it was really well thought out and the materials used exceeded my expectations. High quality, solid and since I had extend 4 foot to the surface, I was delighted to see they had pre-assembled the bottom and center riser sections! That I was not aware would be the case. All parts were there and I "put it together (unscrewed of course), in the garage. YES! This exactly what I needed... a high quality product, made right here in the USA. Now all I had to do was dig...again...but for the very last time. I little advice from my personal experience, make sure you dig the hole wide enough to be able to place you feet an any side of the base yo drill into your septic tank for each corner of the base, ours was concrete. I learned the hard way and had to open the width all away around. However, this had nothing to do with the Aero-Stream kit. Installation of the kit went very smoothly. The risers also had a yellow strip down the outside, so you know how to stack the risers upon each other. Filling up the hole was a pleasure! Finally, I never have to dig this up again or pay someone to dig. Just call the septic service. We live in New York, so I never have to worry anymore if we need it have it pumped out in the winter. I personally had a little trouble with the safety barrier, which I was able to remedy after Dave from Sales & Technical Support called me on the phone after I emailed them, I was not home, but he followed up with an email with this information "The pre-drilled holes have a slight upward angle to them. Make sure when you follow the upward angle when screwing the connector to the riser pipe". As simple as that, situation resolved. Thanks Dave! and the entire staff at Aero-Stream for everything from design, manufacturing, and packaging of this high quality product. Kudos to Aero-Stream!
