I really appreciated the excellent customer service from Karl, at Aero-Stream tech/sales. He answered all my questions in a friendly yet professional way. I read every word on the company website, and since I have been an appliance tech and air conditioning tech for over 47 years, I wanted to know the scientific proof about how it works. After I read all the information, it just made perfect sense to me. You just can't argue about good science! So I got the Remediator System, installed it myself, and the bad odor left entirely after about 3 days of run time. It took me about 2 hours to install the system, longer than stated on the website because I had to dig down to my septic tank, which took me a while and few rest periods as I am a 66 year old man. But I was able to do the installation very easily once I got down to the tank and removed the clean out plug. If I can install the system, then I think just about anyone can do it too. I will definitely recommend this system to my friend and relatives!
