After facing the possibility of replacing a drain field we contacted Areo-Stream
after being informed of the real problem and the solution we ordered our unit and had no problem since. But that's not the real story. After hurricane Irma it appeared our unit had stopped working long story short we contacted Areo-Stream after speaking with Bob and David personally ( not a machine with a call back promise) they immediately assured me they would work with me till the problem was solved and insisted I stay in contact till resolution. As it turns out the problem was the severe wind had blown the housing top off disconning the unit once reconnected it immediately came back on that of course was great but the customer service is something that is getting more rare these days this is a company whose product I am proud to own.
