When my rental property was listed for sale the situation was a bit tricky because it was occupied by tenants who planned to stay throughout the process. Making sure they were treated with care and respect was very important to me. Craig and Sandy helped with that EVERY STEP OF THE WAY by suggesting creative options which allowed the house to be up for sale while still making it feel like it was their home.

I could go on and on about everything they did to make the sale a success, but the main standouts for me were their excellent communication, explanation when I didn't understand something, referral to another professional if it was a question out of their area of expertise (ex: taxes) listening to my concerns, knowledge of their business and obvious experience in the field, and generally making me feel supported throughout the process.

On top of everything else, I was selling the house from out of the area. This may seem unusual, but I did not visit the property even one time during the 5 months that it was for sale/in escrow. I would have done so if necessary, but it would have been very difficult on my schedule. Can you imagine the amount of confidence needed for me to let their team manage something this important to me, sight unseen? THAT should sum up how much I recommend them.
