I was extremely satisfied with the politeness and the overall customer service experience. I bought one nearly 2 years ago and the price was very reasonable for this type of blender. I have not had one problem with it. I must warn that it is very loud but what do you expect from this lawn mower of blending perfection. They have incorporated a shield that is suppose to help with the noise but I didn't buy it yet. I am about to purchase my daughter one for her high school graduation gift so she can take to college. She is doing the green smoothies and working out with me everyday as well. She has lost weight, toned up and has changed her lifestyle and whole perspective on raw living and organic foods. Thanks for the positive experience. This may sound absurd and an over exaggeration to some but this has actually has brought my family closer together.
