I bought my Pedego Interceptor 2 years ago after 2 back surgeries. I now have over 5,000 miles logged. I have never written a review before but I am compelled to do so now. I tell people it is like riding a light weight bike on level ground all the time. The battery has lost none of its original get up and go and I have gone 65 miles on 1/2 of a charge when I was pedaling with just a little assist. For flat terrain I really like the pedal assist mode and rarely have it above 2 or 3. My daily ride is never a grind and always a joy!! I have the usual maintenance such as tires, brake pads and a new chain. Recently I had a failure of a component that was long out of warranty. When I contacted Pedego to discuss the issue they immediately replaced the part at no charge to me. That really is customer service. They really went the extra mile and did so gladly. HAPPY RIDING
