I love this bike and I love this company. I have had several high-end ebikes over the years but this is my first Pedego. Their service has been exemplary. Just this morning I sent an email concerning a small issue. I had checked my inbox a couple of times but didn't see anything from them, and thought that was unusual for them. Finally checked my Drafts and realized I hadn't sent it out! When I finally did, I received a reply within a very short period of time (minutes actually).
In the past I have only had pedal assists so this took a bit of getting use to. It really is quite powerful. Various knee injuries and surgeries were making it difficult to ride as much as I wanted to. With both the pedal assist and the throttle capability I have been able to push my knee to do a little more each day and have noticed a difference in strength already. And a huge difference in my attitude!
